Manuel Gonzalez is the Director of the All About Business Youth Empowerment Program. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resource Management, from the York College School of Business and Information Systems at the City University of New York. Manuel has interned for the federal government as a Human Resources Intern at the United States Department of Agriculture, as well as, a Workforce Development Intern at the United States Department of Veterans of Affairs.

Furthermore, Manuel has worked closely with elected officials in the New York State Assembly as a Public Affairs Intern.

In addition to his internship experience, Manuel has also achieved academic success and has been inducted into the Chi Alpha Epsilon Honor Society for Academic Excellence – Beta Omega, and the National Society of Leadership and Success – Sigma Alpha Pi. Moreover, he has made the York College Dean’s List for 10 consecutive semesters and received the York College Quilt Committee Scholarship, among other awards in recognition of his contributions to the college and the community. He is also an affiliate of the National Urban League, the Thurgood Marshall College Fund and the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities. Furthermore, Manuel Gonzalez has been mentored by influential leaders such as the former United States Presidential Candidate and former Executive Director of the National Rainbow Coalition, Dr. Ron Daniels; and the incomparable financial expert and CNN commentator, President of the Optimum Institute of Economic Empowerment, Mr. Ryan Mack.

As the Director of All About Business, Manuel Gonzalez has taught principles of financial literacy and economic empowerment at prominent institutions such as Microsoft Corporation, New York University and Harvard University as well as local colleges and high schools in and around the New York Metropolitan area. Also, he has taught these empowerment principles at drug rehabilitation centers and halfway houses as part of a comprehensive rehabilitation program for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals as a means of ensuring a successful reintegration into society for such persons. He continues to lead the All About Business Youth Empowerment Program in its mission to empower individuals and communities in need and create positive changes that are beneficial to society at large. Likewise, Manuel Gonzalez continues to pursue his life mission of opening a cancer hospital in honor of the memory of his father, who lost his fight with cancer in October of 2006. Manuel is currently pursuing a joint Master’s Degree of an M.P.A. and an M.B.A. with a concentration in healthcare administration. The world can expect great things from this young man now and in the future.


Andrew Bruskin

Andrew Bruskin is the Director of Media Publications for All About Business (AAB.)  He is an alumnus of Stony Brook University, where he graduated with phi beta kappa and magna cum laude distinction.  He was also only one of 238 students state-wide to be awarded the 2009 SUNY Chancellor’s Award, the highest honor that is bestowed onto a SUNY college student.  During his time in undergrad, Andrew was the chief justice of the Stony Brook Supreme Court.

He served on the University Senate, the SUNY Student Assembly, the Student Life Advisory Council and chaired the Student Judiciary Committee.  He was also the nationally elected president of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS), a 650,000 member national honor society with over 240 chapters in all 50 states of the U.S., including Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia.  Andrew currently attends law school at the College of William and Mary, where he is the founder and co-president of the Northeast Legal Society and contributing editor for the American Constitutional Society.  His goals are to open a law firm, pursue public office and ensure AAB continues to be successful.


Duwayne Garth

Director, Programs Development

Duwayne Garth is currently serving as All About Business’ Program Development Director. In his role, Duwayne is responsible for planning the outline and overall delivery of programs and activities in accordance with the goals of A.A.B. He is entrusted to developing new initiatives that inspire and empower our community through financial literacy and economic empowerment, in conjunction with life principles geared towards growth and education.

In addition to being Program Director, Duwayne has had prior experience in the United States Navy and is currently a Real Estate advisor, and is currently majoring in Corporate Finance at York College School of Business and Management Information Systems at the City University of New York. As an avid believer in giving back through community service, he has taken part in various speaking engagements at local High Schools, Harvard University, NYU, and Microsoft teaching financial literacy. Duwayne continuously uses his knowledge to empower individuals in need to be more fiscally responsible, while concentrating on their overall growth as a community.
