Greetings,
All About Business (AAB) was launched when a small collection of High School students teamed up with my financial firm, Optimum Capital Management, to conduct financial literacy workshops in the New York City area. In December 2009, AAB leadership took the next crucial step and transformed our organization into a non-profit, and more importantly, into a global movement. AAB has recruited members in all 50 states of the U.S. and over 20 countries worldwide. We lecture to the public, lead community service projects, conduct seminars and create workshops. The goal: to educate and empower all community members to make a difference.
AAB continues to hit the ground running.
We work with shelters, not-for-profit centers, community leaders and educators. Whether the event is helping children to read, assisting teenagers and young adults on creating an efficient budget or educating the community on how to effectively network in a rough economy, AAB is there. We lecture at schools such as Harvard, NYU, Columbia, Vanderbilt and hundreds of High Schools and cities throughout the country. We travel to South Africa on humanitarian trips. AAB’s commitment to community advocacy has been showcased on media outlets such as CNN, Huffington Post, Bloomberg, Business Week, Fortune Magazine, Black Enterprise, Creme Magazine and the Network Journal.
The fight, however, is far from over. There is plenty of work to be done. Your donation will go a long way to ensure AAB continues to mentor and educate not only the generation of tomorrow, but the homeowner who is trying to eliminate debt and the soup kitchen that needs food for their members.
Here are some areas where your donation will go to:
- Providing resources for underprivileged communities’ advancement through
- Budgeting
- Entrepreneurship
- Credit Repair
- Opening bank accounts
- Gaining employment
Scholarships for college and graduate school students in need.
- Humanitarian costs and travel expenses associated with nation-wide and global events.
